Each year, the New York Beef Producer's Association provides the leadership and resources necessary to conduct a 112 Day Bull Testing Program. Purebred cattle breeders from New York State and surrounding states nominate young, outstanding calves to be sent to a central testing facility in Central New York.

The NYBPA understands the importance of providing up-to-date information in order for producers to make sound judgments about their herd sires. Our goal is to publish this information timely, and in the most convenient form for our producers and others interested in the program.

Congratulations to those producers with bulls that are certified. It was a great group of bulls. Real stiff "competition". Looks like there are 44 bulls qualifying & being offered in the sale. This is a lot of bulls for the sale, so be sure to do your part in getting buyers.

We test the bulls, provide the information on them & organize the sale. It is YOUR responsibility to SELL THEM. If everyone got at least one buyer coming to the sale, we could have a super sale.

For those with bulls that did not quality (be sure to check for "failures" to the right of the FINAL INDEX and Feed Conversion), or were "no sale", please contact Jason TenEyck immediately 315-246-1359 to make arrangements to have him shipped or picked up. The sooner the better, because the bulls are getting very active this time of year, and they can be injured.
