2026 Program Information

The NYBPA Supreme Beef Female Program started in 2010 and works to highlight the Supreme Beef Female from each county fair across New York during the current show season. Each winning county fair Supreme Beef Female, whether it is a cow/calf pair or a heifer, will receive a banner and award sponsored by Empire Livestock, Trowbridge Farms (Gent, NY), NY Simmental Association, and Home Central - Owego. The county fair winners are then invited to the Supreme Show on Beef Day, Tuesday, September 1st, at the NYS Fair in Syracuse. This show at NYS Fair is sponsored by Purina Animal Nutrition. The Supreme Cow/Calf and Supreme Heifer each get $1000 and Reserve, $500. In order to be eligible to show at the Supreme Show, beef females need to have won a 2026 New York county fair, thus representing that county fair (also includes the NYJBPA Preview Show & Fall Festival).
