When is the next directory?
NYBPA prints a biennial directory which includes all paid members, sponsors , and additional advertisers. The current directory is for 2025-2026. The next directory publication will be released for 2027-2028.
When will we receive our current directory?
2025-2026 Directories have been printed and mailed to all current and paid NYBPA Members! If you are interested in receiving one, be sure to visit us at NY County Fairs over the summer, or view the digital version below.
How do I confirm that I am listed in the next directory?
Be sure to follow along on our website for the latest updates for deadlines. In the meantime, be sure to become a current, paid member of NYBPA to secure your spot in the 2027-2028 directory book. If you have specific questions about the directory, please contact the NYBPA office!
How do I submit an ad for the next directory?
If you would like to place an ad in the next directory, please send the NYBPA Office a message to get more information! Please make sure your ads are the correct dimensions and in PDF format.
