NYBPA POlicy Handbook

In 2024, a group of NYBPA members began a movement of implementing a policy handbook available to NY Beef Producer Members in an effort to represent and support New York cattle producers in legislation. The policy handbook was officially created with the passage of the first five (5) policies at the 2026 Annual Conference with the majority favored vote by NYBPA members.

The policy committee is currently comprised of ten (10) NYBPA members who meet monthly. These meetings consist of building a framework for a successful policy legacy to be built on and ensure the voices of ALL members are represented.
